How to set up your single sign-on (SSO) account for Dealer Inspire website login

Beginning April 15th, 2024 Cars Commerce and Dealer Inspire are transitioning to a single sign-on (SSO) infrastructure to streamline access to all Cars Commerce admin and reporting tools, which includes the backend of Dealer Inspire websites. To ensure uninterrupted access, please follow the outlined steps.

NOTE: The following steps are not needed if you have already established an SSO account for another Dealer Inspire or Cars Commerce solution, such as Online Shopper, Conversations, Prizm, DealerDash, DealerRater Dealer Panel, or the Cars Commerce Hub. You will be able to log-in with your existing credentials to access your DI website alongside the rest of your Cars Commerce solutions!

First visit your Dealer Inspire login page, where you’ll be automatically redirected to your SSO login page. Your URL should look like,

2. Send a “reset password” email to your account

Click “forgot your password” and enter your email address associated with your existing Dealer Inspire admin access. Then click “send email”.

3. Find your reset password email, and set a new password

Once you receive confirmation that a password reset email has been sent, check your inbox. Then, click the “Reset your password” link in that email to set up your new SSO password.

4. Login with your new credentials

After resetting your password, return to your site admin login page, and login using your email address and new SSO password.

Once set up, your Dealer Inspire Website single sign-on credentials will become your universal login for accessing all Cars Commerce backend and reporting dashboards.
