- Three new alert types: In addition to the existing competing lead alert, shopper alerts now include visit to your dealership, visit to a competing dealership, and AI selling insights. These alerts give your team more moments to act on throughout the buyer journey.
- Direct CRM integration: Alerts now deliver directly into your CRM, attached to existing lead records. No duplicate leads. No extra noise. Nothing about your current workflow has to change.

Whether you receive them via email or directly in your CRM, shopper alerts highlight key moments when a lead may be close to making a decision, like:
- Competing lead alert: See when a shopper in your CRM begins browsing competitor listings so your team can reach out before the deal moves forward elsewhere.
- NEW! Visit to your dealership: Get notified when a shopper from your CRM arrives on your lot, helping your team connect showroom visits with existing leads.

Connect your CRM and start receiving alerts

Premium+ subscribers
- Log in to Dealer Dash.
- Click the Alert Settings tab.
- Click Get Started to begin linking your CRM.
Don’t see your CRM on the supported list? You can still receive alerts and register your CRM for future integrations.
Basic & Premium subscribers
Contact your Cars.com representative to upgrade to the Premium+ package.
